United Property Consultants and Adaur Grupp OÜ began cooperating in the spring of 2011.

The trademark of Adaur Grupp OÜ is used by property analyst Tõnu Toompark. The mission of Adaur Grupp, which was established in 2002, is to make the Estonian real estate market more transparent and thus reduce the risk accompanying property-related decisions.

The first joint actions resulted in the Quartely Overview of the Property Market, Q1 2011. We are now also able to offer you an overview and monitoring of residential property developments in Tallinn and Harju County
