Manor Houses and Other Historic Buildings

WELL PRESERVED RABIVERE MANOR COMPLEX IN HAGERI PARISH (Rapla County)

The load-bearing structures of the manor house and the granary/coachhouse are in a good condition; however, the buildings need to be completely renovated.

The park of the estate has been well taken care of and is in a good condition, there are many old trees still growing there. There is also a body of water, and the park is surrounded by an old and partly restored stone fence. The immediate surroundings are naturally beautiful and uniquely rustic.

The estate includes the following buildings:

  • manor house - area: 567.7 m2; the house is mostly single-storeyed and has a high gable roof;
  • granary/coachhouse - area: 262 m2;
  • shed - area: 59 m2;
  • hay shed (only walls remain) - area: 386 m2;

HATU MANOR IN PADISE PARISH, HARJU COUNTY

The manor house was built in 1864. Initially it belonged to the Ramm family. During the soviet era it was used as a school house and community centre.

The manor house is in a very good condition and is only in need of partial renovation. In recent years it has been used as a summer house.

The estate comes with a total of 7.2 hectares of land, including the manor park of about 2 hectares. The Vihterpalu river runs through the estate.
